Sr. Staff Engineers – Continuous Improvement

Kohler Co. seeks Sr. Staff Engineers – Continuous Improvement for its Kohler, WI location to provide training and leadership in robust process improvement methods, process standardization, and the development or use of quality systems and tools. Align the efforts and develop the capabilities of plant element owners through coaching, teaching, and sharing of best practices. Ensure that activities are consistent with and built upon the Kohler Operating System. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a Staff Engineer, Operations Manager, or Lean Leader-related occupation. Up to 25% of domestic and international travel required.
