Kohler Leadership Development Program - Operations & Supply Chain

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location:  Kohler, WI

Opportunity

The Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program consists of four, six-month rotations, focusedon developing high potential talent for Kohler Co in Supply Chain andOperations Management. During the two years in the program, you will havemultiple hands-on experiences through high-visibility assignments and Executivesupport in career mentorship. These projects, diverse in size, scope andlocation support all Business Units and Corporate Functions at Kohler Co. Atthe end of the 2-year program, you will be offered a full-time role that blendsKohler Co’s needs with the passion and strengths of the LDP associate.


The four rotations are tailored toyour skills and career goals while focusing on Kohler’s current objectives anddirection.

  • Distribution Network/Warehouse Design
  • Domestic/International Transportation
  • New Product Development
  • Sales & Operations Planning
  • Supply Chain Continuous Improvement
  • Global Strategic Sourcing
  • Global Transactional Procure to Pay Excellence
  • Machine Automation Design
  • Corporate Operations & Optimization
  • Operations Management
  • Lean Operations Training & Implementation
  • Demand & Supply Planning
  • Operations Master Scheduling

Skills/Requirements

  • Must have obtained a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a major in Supply Chain, Operations or Engineering no later than June 2025.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an on-going basis without company sponsorship.


The salary range for this position is $59,250 - $74,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.  Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
