Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity The Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program consists of four, six-month rotations, focusedon developing high potential talent for Kohler Co in Supply Chain andOperations Management. During the two years in the program, you will havemultiple hands-on experiences through high-visibility assignments and Executivesupport in career mentorship. These projects, diverse in size, scope andlocation support all Business Units and Corporate Functions at Kohler Co. Atthe end of the 2-year program, you will be offered a full-time role that blendsKohler Co’s needs with the passion and strengths of the LDP associate. The salary range for this position is $59,250 - $74,050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
