Activities Assistant - Senior Living

Spring Mill Pointe, is hiring a part-time Activities Assistant to join our team!

This position is part time, e/o weekend required 
$17 - $19 per hour

• The Activities Assistant provides and promotes quality educational, entertaining and challenging activities, programs and outings for residents in an effort to enhance quality of life and resident satisfaction in support of the company’s mission, vision and core beliefs.
• The activities assistant will also transport residents by cars/vans to appointments, local shopping, and/or other activities; Provides assistance to the residents and maintains a clean vehicle.

Experience and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent 
• 1-3 years of driving experience, preferably in a geriatric setting with a clean DMV Record 

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in direct programming with older adults
• CPR certification is a plus
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a favorable driving record
• Fitness instruction experience/certifications are highly preferred
