Spring Mill Pointe, is hiring a full-time Activity Assistant to join our team!

This position is full time, e/o weekend required 
$16 - $18 per hour

  • The Activity Assistant provides and promotes quality educational, entertaining and challenging activities, programs and outings for residents in an effort to enhance quality of life and resident satisfaction in support of the company’s mission, vision and core beliefs.
  • The activities assistant will also transport residents by cars/vans to appointments, local shopping, and/or other activities; Provides assistance to the residents and maintains a clean vehicle.

Experience and Education

  • High school Level diploma, GED or equivalent knowledge or experience is preferred.
  • One year of experience in recreational activities preferred. Vocational/technical training that includes care of elderly with dementia desired; equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities preferred 
  • CPR certification is a plus
