Department/Unit Summary
Our Surgery Center caters to different elective cases there is no on call schedule, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays. It is an 8-hour shift. As part of our team, you will be playing a crucial role in making our community in Lake Havasu City healthier and will be part of a team with a positive and collaborative work environment. The work environment is safe and comfortable as well as uplifting and rewarding. In this position you will work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.Â
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Arizona or Multistate (compact) license
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) American Heart Association
- CNOR preferred
- APEX innovations training as assigned and completed within 90 days of hire and annually
- APEX NIH stroke scale assigned and completed within 90 days of hire and annually
- EKG exam at time of hire
