:: The successful candidate will able to:
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
- Coordinate with production team leaders, supervisors, and Plant Superintendent to support requirements and priority customer orders.
- Collaborate with production and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
- Collaborate with vendors to determine product specifications and quality standards.
- Interact with management, engineering, and other staff regarding manufacturing capabilities, productions schedules, and other considerations to facilitate productions processes.
- Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
- Utilize quality tools (i.e.: continuous improvement, corrective actions, Six Sigma) to improve the overall product.
- Assist with the design layout of equipment and workforce for maximum efficiency.

- Requires- 4 year degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial/operations management, or other general engineering/industrial degree with technical problem solving abilities.
- Experience with quality tools such as six sigma, lean manufacturing, statistical process control, etc. preferred.
- Experience working in an industrial setting preferred.
