We have lots of parts available to our customers and this role as a Warehouse Team Lead plays a major part in ensuring that these parts get from our warehouse/stockroom to our stores, but also leading and motivating a team of awesome Warehouse Associates. Although our warehouse roles are not customer facing roles, you will play a critical part in our customers lives by leading a team of associates who have a primary goal of getting the right part(s) from our warehouses into our stores and businesses! What you’ll be doing:
- Drive daily warehouse operations and service levels to assure accurate and timely end
- processing of customer orders
- Build, guide and develop an engaged, high performance warehouse team focused on checkered flag customer service
- Map out plans to organize products within the warehouse and chart a course for assembling and loading customer orders with safety, precision and speed
- Consistently steer toward continuous improvement in processes and procedures
- Inspect, protect and maintain company facilities, equipment, vehicles and all other assets
- Manage daily stockroom operations and service levels to assure accurate and timely end processing of customer orders
- Display pride in leading a warehouse recognized for safety and cleanliness

What you’ll need:Â
- Previous Managerial and/or logistics, supply chain experience.
- Confident leader, support of Warehouse Manager and decision maker who demonstrates fairness in all customer and employee interactions
- High energy, personal drive, and self-motivation to accomplish business goals
- Effective communicator, attention to detail, strong multi-tasker and organizational skills
- Computer skills in order to track, analyze and manage business results
- Previous Managerial and/or logistics, supply chain experience
- Able to write legibly and be able to read, understand written/verbal instructions, and communicate to other team members.
