Position Title: Marketing Manager

Wage: $75,000 - $90,000/year

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Leading new product launches, events and trade shows
- Creating and managing content for websites, social media and advertising campaigns
- Overseeing the development of marketing collateral for sales meetings and industry events
- Developing annual and long-term marketing plans
- Monitoring and refining marketing initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement
- Establishing and managing marketing budgets and expenses
- Negotiating partner agreements with dealers and managing advertisements and collateral production deadlines
- Analyzing market trends, benchmarking competitors, and identifying areas for growth

Requirements for Marketing Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field (Master’s degree in Business or related subject is a plus)
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing roles, with a minimum of 2 years managing direct reports
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with Magento 2 and Oracle Netsuite is a plus
