Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking a Lenel Principal Project Manager/Sr. Principal Project Manager 3/4 to support our physical security team as an individual contributor. This position will be responsible for managing physical security projects across the sector, performing security assessments and independently identifying countermeasures to mitigate risks. Completes project documents including design drawings and statements of work for access control, intrusion detection and video systems. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of physical security projects and serves as liaison between stakeholders and selected suppliers. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress, intervention and problem solving with other stakeholders and selected suppliers. This position can be filled at either a level 3 or level 4.
