• Review incoming printing request daily and prioritize and assign according to ensure timely
return of request.
• Weekly run recommended re-order process for stock printing replenishment. Inspect
completed request for accuracy and quality assurance prior to distribution.
• Responsible for record keeping and inventory management of all stocked printing.
• Ensure adequate inventory of stocked forms is available to keep up with department’s
demand.
• Ensure adequate inventory of supplies (paper, chemicals, ink) is on hand to keep up with
print demand.
• Assist requesting departments with the typeset of new forms or special orders.
• Ensure only approved masters are kept on file and/or removed when deleted. Keep the
integrity of stock forms in tact by monitoring the usage of approved items so appropriate
distribution of correct forms occurs.
• Perform all bindery duties necessary for variety of stock and special print order requests.
• Responsible fore safe handling of hazardous chemicals.
• Ensure flammables are kept in fireproof cabinet.
• Handle all bio-hazardous and hazardous substances safely and has read, understands ad
complies with all system and department policies and procedures with reference to MSDS.
• Ensures proper protective measures are followed at all times when chemicals are in use.
• Responsible for safety to self and others, as well as department security and cleanliness.
