Summary:

Manages a portfolio of moderately complex to complex trusts, estate accounts and sales efforts while generating income through effective control and administration of assigned duties within the geographical region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage independently a significant client portfolio for the bank

* Expand existing client relationships which generate incremental revenue for the bank

* Develop new client relationships which generate acceptable returns for the bank

* Independently able to recognize complex client needs and matching the bank's capabilities to meet these needs

* Maintain a thorough knowledge of bank's lending policies and regulatory requirements

* Add value to relationships by providing consultative advice when appropriate and introducing clients to new ideas and concepts relative to financing alternatives, balance sheet management, risk and treasury management.

* Participate in trade associations that promote the bank and enhance knowledge

* Provide mentoring and training to other bank associates

* Performs all other duties as assigned
