EXPECTED RESULTS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
- Groundskeeping and general facility duties including sweeping/shoveling debris generated from production. Monitor production belt for hazards and remove as needed
- Keep dust level down and ensure EPA compliance, keep facility up to EPA standards to avoid violations and fines from regulatory bodies
- Landscaping tasks such as mowing lawn, trimming weeds and weed prevention, removing shrubbery, raking, etc.
- Housekeeping tasks such as stocking facility consumable materials and taking out trash. Painting as needed
- Operate heavy equipment such as bobcat, forklift, or loader operator as required
- Perform regular safety walkarounds to identify plant hazards within facility
- Assistance with closing out plant inspection and/or maintenance tasks
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working in a plant environment preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Wage Rate: $18.00 and up

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly outside and exposed to various weather conditions including hot/cold temperatures and rain/snow conditions.
- Employee constantly stands, walks, uses fine motor skills, gross motor skills, eye/hand coordination, near vision and far vision.
- Employee frequently climbs, kneels, bends, reaches, lifts to 20 lbs, carries up to 20 lbs, pushes, pulls, and utilizes manual dexterity.
- Employee is exposed to loud noises, heavy machinery, moving equipment, oil, debris, solvents, smokes, gasses, fumes, and aggregate materials.
- Required PPE includes safety shoes above ankles, safety vests, safety glasses, ear plugs and hard hats. Additional PPE requirements needed for special jobs such as welding, repairing, etc.Â
