Receiving Quality Assurance Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform range of standardized/routine inspections of raw materials and parts using standard tools
- Maintain and accurately follow protocols, procedures, recording inspection data
- Perform standard tests/inspections and assist engineers, designers, or scientists in the simple design and building of tests protocols, test fixtures, prototypes, etc.
- Assist senior level technicians and engineers in manufacturing projects
- Complete product performance audits and qualification studies
- Inspect production raw materials
- Pull samples for inspection
- Perform inspection sampling and maintain inspection records/documentation
- Inspect samples to avoid nonconforming parts from reaching the production floor
- Create Non-Conformance Records on non-conforming product
Requirements for Receiving Quality Assurance Technician:
- Ability to drive a forklift or obtain forklift license preferred
- Ability to work overtime as neededÂ
