Sr Digital Product Manager for the Digital Travel Program
ClubLabs is the digital acceleration team for Automobile Club of Southern California, also known as, AAA. We are the team responsible for building intuitive customer experiences across the organization’s insurance, membership, financial, emergency roadside, and travel services. We’re a team of engineers, designers, researchers and product managers within AAA delivering maximum value to our members and business for a smarter future.
This position is responsible for defining the roadmap for continued expansion of services in the digital channel for all ACE markets, products and services and creating the strategic and tactical goals and objectives for the eBusiness team.
The Senior Product Manager Digital will be responsible for the digital travel product vision and high-level priorities, communicating the product vision, strategy and direction to the creative & development teams.
At a high level they will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy to enhance AAA’s presence in the travel industry and generate member engagement.
- Oversee the creation and improvement of digital travel products, ensuring they meet market demands and member needs.
- Enhance user experience (web and mobile) by gathering feedback, prioritizing user needs, and optimizing the travel booking process.
- Lead a team of product owners to ensure achievement of company goals for the digital travel product.
- Responsible for working with various teams to implement the latest trends in Travel, including personalization, artificial intelligence, and chatbot technology.
- Lead the process of overall prioritization (based on data/insights), defining & setting business & user requirements, and analyze & report on performance to business partners and as a source for inspiring optimization.
- Work with multiple areas of the organization to ensure the development, execution, and success of all product line initiatives. Particular focus on partnering with senior managers to determine business opportunities and integration needs of digital travel with the company strategy.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and resources in the development of products.
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree in marketing, eBusiness, MS&IS, business, management, or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
- Minimum 10 years product management, product development or related experience for digital products or programs.
- Experience with travel products and operations highly desired.
- Demonstrated experience increasing KPI for Web products required.
- Past experience leading qualitative and quantitative consumer research preferred.
- Clear understanding of user interface (UI), UX and the basic principles and design qualities that have been shown to make web applications easier to use.
- Strong knowledge of web and mobile (Android & iOS) based products, ecommerce environments and related software.
- Knowledge and experience in an agile XP environment is preferred

The starting pay range for this position is:
$152,800.00 - $203,700.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
