Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
- Provide support to senior bankers across three industry coverage groups: Financial Sponsors, Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (“REGAL”), and Industrial Services
- Develop client presentation materials and internal committee memorandums, including all background research, analysis, and drafting
- Ownership of financial models and other financial analysis
- Perform detailed valuation analysis, including LBO analysis, Discounted Cash Flow, Trading Comparables and Transaction Comparables
- Support product partners and monitor entire execution process for transactions ensuring timely execution to meet client expectations
- Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable regulatory standards, requirements and policies

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or equivalent work experience, in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in Investment Banking or related Financial Services Industry (1-2 years)
- Experience is preferred, but not mandatory, in any of our three coverage verticals (Financial Sponsors, REGAL, or Industrial Services)
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking products
- Expert comprehension of Excel and PowerPoint with advanced financial modeling skills
- Strong critical thinking with the ability to develop solutions to complex challenges
- Solid interpersonal skills, with crisp communication and an ability to express facts & ideas clearly (both verbally and in writing)
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate across multiple teams
- Intellectual curiosity and courage in leadership style
- Team player and self-starter
