- ACLS required
- 2 - 5 cases per day per physician, mix of adult (90%) and healthy peds (10%)
- General surgery, OB/GYN, regional, neuro head & spine, ortho, vascular and thoracic
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
