- ACLS required
- 18 - 20 patients per day in office, 5 - 8 patients per day in hospital with 3 - 4 consults
- General inpatient and outpatient cardiology
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
