About The Position

Your next locum tenens opportunity awaits in California! Our client is looking for a pediatrician to begin coverage in late September. Hours include 8a - 5p shifts from Mondays - Fridays. The selected locum will be handling all aspects of pediatrics cases and procedures. There is a chance for an extension with this opportunity. This facility uses Epic EMR.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Handling all aspects of pediatrics cases and procedures

• Diagnose and treat various pediatric conditions 

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals 

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records using the Epic EMR system 

• Communicate effectively with patients' families and other healthcare providers 

• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures

Additional Information: 

• California medical license required 

• Experience in pediatric medicine preferred 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
