Position Summary:
As a nurse, you will provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Addressing the patient's and family's physical, psychosocial, and religious/cultural needs聽is crucial. Effective communication with the healthcare team about patient condition changes is essential.
Minimum Requirements:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Successful completion of the Nursing Diploma Program or an associate degree in nursing is required. From an accredited school is required.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 You must have critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 聽Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within 30 days of hire.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within 6 months of employment for Superflex RN positions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 聽A current North Carolina or compact state Registered Nurse license is also required. Handle with care is preferred.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
