This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. 

Job Details: 

• $0.61-$0.65 per mile 
• Weekend load pay: $20 per hour up to 10 hours
• Stop pay: $18.00 - 20.00 per stop
• Hopper stop pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per stop
• Pneumatic stop pay: $95.00 - $100 per stop
• Detention pay: $20 per hour after 1 hour up to $200
• Layover pay: $20 per hour up to $200 per day
• Mechanical breakdown pay: $20 per hour after 1 hour
• Trailer wash pay: $38 
• Miscellaneous hourly work: $20 per hour 
• Off account work pay: $340 per day
• Holiday pay: $300 per day 
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour
• Trainee pay: $200 per day

• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $80,000.00 
• Weekly home time 
• Onsite management
