About The Position
Opportunity Details
Medicus has partnered with a reputable hospital in southeastern Kentucky that has an opening for a skilled Emergency Medicine physician to provide locum coverage.
Opening Overview:
- Schedule: 12-hour day, night, or swing shifts
- No call shifts
- Level IV Trauma
- Annual Volume: 14,000 patients
- Facility: 12 ED beds (4 fast track, 2 trauma), comprehensive stroke center
- Support Staff: 12-hour APP coverage, IM residents on-site
- EMR: Meditech
- Must be board-certified or board-eligible
- Paid travel & expenses
