- Physician Coverage: 6:30a-6:30p, 12p-12a, 6:30p-6:30a
- APP Coverage: 9a-9p
- Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing

Provider Requirements:
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine (ABEM, AOBEM) or Board Certified in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience
- Active Kentucky Medical License & Unrestricted DEA
- Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS (as required)
