QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity for a Laser Cutter Operator at a busy, growing manufacturer in Machesney Park, IL. This is a 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire.Â
Laser Cutter Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Read and understand blueprints and other shop drawing aids.
- Utilizing a crane to move sheets of steel to the bed of the laser machine.
- Unload parts from the laser bed.
- Operation of Sit-down forklift.
Laser Cutter Operator Requirements:
- Working experience on CNC machines.
- Knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication.
