Hours:Â 6:30pm - 5:00am (Monday - Thursday); overtime 8:30pm - 5:00am (Sunday)
QPS Employment Group has a great Press Brake Operator position available at a company in Machesney Park, IL. This is a 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Apply now!
Press Brake Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and operate bending machine
- Change tooling, upload jobs into machine interface and perform first piece inspection
- Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance
- Perform precision forming, bending and folding operations
Press Brake Operator Requirements:
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Ability to use measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, protractor and tape measure
- Ability to bend on a variety of metals, galvanized, steel, aluminum and stainless
