Looking for some extra cash for the holiday season? We are hiring for a Customer Service Agents to assist with a project over the next few months. The project is scheduled to be 3-9 months. They are looking for someone with previous customer service, data entry, or processing claims experience. Interested? Apply today!
Customer Service Agent Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer customer calls, register customers in call center system, and document reason for the call
- Utilize internal knowledge management system to find answers to questions
- Respond to customer or partner emails in a concise, professional style
- Perform final review of claims that fail automated processing edits
- Enter orders
- Process returns
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Customer Service Agent Requirements:
- High school education (minimum)
- Computer literacy to include all Microsoft Office products
- Experience in a business setting and prior customer service experience preferred
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently on a task
- Good organizational skills and follows through
- Dependable, willing to do lots of different things, efficient
- Product knowledge is a plus
