Key Responsibilities: 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Responsible for direction of patient care in the medical surgical setting. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Consults with physicians, charge nurse, and CNO on nursing problems and interpretation of hospital policies to ensure patient needs are met. 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Follows the five (5) medication rights and reduces the potential for medication errors 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Prepares, hangs, monitors and discontinues IV fluids Qualifications: 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Graduate of an accredited LPN program 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Current Tennessee LPN license 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Current BLS certification 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽One year of hospital experience preferred 路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Proficient in interpreting EKG, lab tests, etc.
