- Willing to wait for license
- BC required
- Weekdays, Call, 7 on / 7 off, 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off, Weekend call
- ACLS required
- 3 - 4 O.R cases per day
- O.R first assist, rounding on floor and CVICU
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
