Centers Health Care is seeking a Traveling Resource / Restoration Nurse (LPN) to support nursing homes in various locations with extensive overnight travel required.
Candidates must have a valid LPN license and at least 5 years of experience in a skilled nursing environment.

Nurses will report their findings to the facility Director of Nursing and the Regional Director of Nursing.
This position requires excellent attention to detail and a strong level of accountability, with travel expected 4 to 5 nights a week.

Traveling Resource / Restoration Nurse (LPN)

Centers Health Care is looking to hire a Traveling Resource / Restoration Nurse who will support our nursing homes in assigned locations.

Extensive overnight travel is required!

LPN license along with prior experience in a long-term care environment is required!

DUTIES:

Assist in different facilities doing various nursing duties as needed
Maintain focus on quality improvement
Report findings to the facility Director of Nursing and Regional Director of Nursing

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of work experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing environment
Active LPN license in good standing
Excellent attention to detail
Strong level of accountability
Travel is required- 4 or even 5 nights a week
