Senior Extrusion Technician

Our client is seeking a Senior Extrusion Technician to join their team. As a Senior Extrusion Technician, you will be responsible for delivering extrusion components meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets to both R&D and Manufacturing organizations. The ideal candidate will have ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Extrusion Technician
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Pay Rate: Pay between $75,000-88,000/year (Will be dependent on experience level)

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as technical consultant on tooling, equipment, material, and process items related to extrusion.
• Analyze current extrusion operations, makes recommendations for improvement in equipment and materials to expand capabilities or increase manufacturing efficiency.
• Work independently to set up, run, inspect, and qualify extrusion components in a fast-paced environment.

• 7+ years of medical extrusion experience is required.
• Experience setting up, running, and troubleshooting a medical device extrusion line is required.
• Knowledge of GDP and FDA 21CFR820
