Job Title: Service Writer
Location: Marietta, Ohio
Pay Range: $17-$20
What’s the Job?
- Greeting customers and directing them to available mechanics
- Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs
- Using knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and services to customers
- Provide information on warranty protections, potential cost savings
- Manage and oversee workflow and schedule
- Call customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times
- Maintain a positive customer relationship to ensure repeat business
- Proficiency with industry-specific software
- Strong organization
