The Nutrition & Food Services staff is responsible for performing duties in a variety of areas including:

Main Kitchen & Bistro:

• Cooks – Prepare high quality food for patients, visitors, and Team Members.

Responsible for following strict sanitation rules and Health Dept. requirements.

• Servers – Primary functions include serving, cashiering, hosting, Barista and pre-busing, all while satisfying the needs of guests at Tower & Church Bistro

Patient Services:

• Patient Meal Liaisons – Responsible for the final meal preparation and delivery to patients in a professional, courteous, timely and efficient manner.

• Nutrition & Food Service Assistants – Responsible for performing duties in a variety of areas which may include all or any of the following:

Tray Line / Patient Meal Assembly – Working on a tray assembly line, preparing patient meals within the specifications of the diet order and patient preferences.

Retail –  Serving, prepping, cleaning, re-stocking, cashiering, while demonstrating great customer service skills.    

Utility / Stewards:

• Kitchen Cleaning & Sanitation Support / Dishwashing – Ware washing of all dishes, pots and pans; basic housekeeping of walls, floors, windows, as well as kitchen and service equipment, floor care, trash removal and cart transportation.
