Overview
TRC Talent Solutions is proud to partner with a forward-thinking organization dedicated to enhancing the Digital Employee Experience (DEX). We are seeking a skilled professional to lead innovative DEX initiatives, with a focus on implementing and optimizing Nexthink or comparable platforms. This role is integral to building a DEX Center of Excellence (COE), blending technical expertise in platform engineering with operational management to ensure impactful and sustainable results. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, script, and implement automations to maximize the capabilities of the DEX platform.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the DEX platform, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and enhanced adoption.
- Provide technical expertise in platform customization, integration, and optimization.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to deliver high-performing solutions.
- Analyze platform usage data, generate insights, and report on the platformās impact and benefits.
- Support governance processes to measure operational success and improve efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to align goals and drive value-added use cases.
- Stay informed about advancements in DEX technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Nexthink or similar DEX platforms (e.g., Lakeside).
- Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or comparable tools.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, system integrations, and automation frameworks.
- Experience managing or administrating DEX platforms, with a strong understanding of IT operations and user experience management.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams, solve complex technical challenges, and influence outcomes.
