As an essential part of the Food and Beverage department, you’ll serve as the Supervisor of our Starbucks team! Here, you will be responsible for assisting the full-time management staff in the overall daily operation of our in-park Starbucks location. Â

Responsibilities:
As a part of the Carowinds Starbucks Leadership team, your daily assigned duties would be as follows:Â
- Train, direct, evaluate, and discipline staff with appropriate documentation.Â
- Respond to and take appropriate action to resolve concerns and complaints from park guests and employees.Â
- Greet, answer questions, ensure quality service, and resolve complaints for guests.Â
- Take steps to ensure that subordinates are trained in all facets of the operation such as service procedure, production flow, equipment usage and cleaning.Â
- Responsible for maintaining labor and cost of sales budget requirements by continuously evaluating and adjusting to the business needs.Â
- Required to attend Supervisor meetings and communicate information to their counterparts.Â
- Monitor that all safety procedures are followed.Â
- Other duties may be assignedÂ
Qualifications:
- Must pass ServSafe: Food Handler course
- Supervisory experience preferredÂ
- Ability to learn software programsÂ
- Must possess communication skills and comfortable with public speakingÂ
- Ability to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.Â
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Â
- Driver’s license required.Â
