You Will

  • Perform maintenance for either extrusion or Sidel manufacturing equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations

  • Execute & continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures

  • Participates in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct execution

  • Assure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & procedures

  • Grow your knowledge and skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences

You Have

  • Ability to work 6:45a - 5:00p or a 12 hour rotating shift

  • Available for overtime when needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Welding and fabrication experience strongly preferred

  • Able to read and interpret technical & operational documents, including manuals, blueprints, schematics

  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot & problem solve

  • Desire to be a productive team member in a positive work environment

  • Physical requirement includes ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work on aerial platforms up to 20 feet with or without a reasonable accommodation.
