What You Will Do:

Guidehouse is looking for a Program Lead/Solution Architect\ for one of our larger federal engagements.  Our team of consultants and engineers support several workstreams and we need a solutions leader who can understand the current systems and data, the customer’s current and desired workflows and provide a vision to our technical teams. The identified individual requires a broad range of technical knowledge, with strong data analytics experience, and will be expected to both speak strategically with the client, but also dive into technical and business areas to flush out the feasibility of solutions.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • The overall success of the program, customer satisfaction, and the adoption of the our provided solutions/services

  • Facilitating with both business and technical teams

  • Gathering business requirements, and assessing technical approaches

  • Reviewing solutions and roadmaps provided by the team

  • Deep diving with the customer to understand how the solution will be used

  • Briefing leadership and technical resources

  • Creating documentation as required

  • Establish communications and deployment plans

 

What You Will Need:

  • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a TOP SECRET Federal or DoD security clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree - OR- FOUR (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelors degree

  • EIGHT (8) or more years’ experience designing/managing enterprise systems or FIVE (5) or more years of project management experience and FIVE (5) years managing large federal cybersecurity programs


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • An ACTIVE and CURRENT TOP SECRET federal security clearance

  • Experience supporting federal enterprise systems including governance, cybersecurity, development, and operations

  • Track recording of successfully defining and delivering solutions to customers

  • Experience running agile projects

  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)

  • Technical certifications (MCSE, AWS, Azure, CISSP, etc)

  • Data Analytics background, data warehousing, AI, data quality of enterprise systems, etc.

  • Excellent communication skills
