Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is currently seeking a Business Development Manager 3 to support our Logistics and Fabrication Solutions (LFS) Operating Unit based in Lake Charles, LA. The preferred location for this role is McLean, VA. These other locations may be considered as well: Clearfield, UT., Lake Charles, LA., and Oklahoma City, OK. This position may also consider a hybrid work arrangement, but must be readily available to one of these 4 locations. In this role, you will work with the business unit strategy and business development team establishing and achieving operating unit level awards objectives. This role will be responsible for developing new business aligned with the organization’s strategy by providing oversight of customer requirements, new business opportunity identification and qualification, as well as capture and proposal efforts to secure new business and meet / exceed these objectives annually. This requires close collaboration with all organizational leadership, strategy, technology, business management, contracts, global supply chain, human resources, and other functional organizations in order to successfully execute the business acquisition process and deliver superior results.
