As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.
Pay:
$26.00/Hr.
Key Responsibilities:
List 5 key responsibilities in order of importance to job/department and estimated time spent on each in a given week.
- Receive/provide Lost and Found: Accepts and completes chain of custody for all found lost and found items delivered to the lost and found hub by the lost and found representatives. (25%)
- Customer service: Receives all comments, concerns, and questions from Facebook staff utilizing the online communication tools; email, Facebook messenger, and the Facebook group page. Provides answers and insight to any inquiries in a timely manner. (10%)
- Donation/disposal: Coordinates with outside donation organizations and Menlo Park Police department to successfully donate items or transfer custody to PD. (7.5%)
- Access Control: Ensures the security and control over the lost and found hub. Reports any and all suspicious activity. (7.5%)
- Inventory: Properly coordinates inventory of all items utilizing tools and devices to track item, and all information relevant to that item. (50%)
Additional Responsibilities:

- Gather information and conduct research as required.
- Assist in the design and implementation of projects related to the Quartermaster role.
- Ability to present statistics and results to management staff.
- Other related duties as required.
