The Product Innovation Manager is individually responsible for, or manages a team that is responsible for, driving the conceptualization, development, and launch of cutting-edge financial technology products. They will explore emerging trends, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure buy-in for innovative initiatives that position the company as a leader in the space. They will be (or become) a subject matter expert in financial technology, financial products and regulatory frameworks.
