The Product Innovation Manager is individually responsible for, or manages a team that is responsible for, driving the conceptualization, development, and launch of cutting-edge financial technology products. They will explore emerging trends, identify market opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure buy-in for innovative initiatives that position the company as a leader in the space. They will be (or become) a subject matter expert in financial technology, financial products and regulatory frameworks. Acting as a key customer advocate, they will champion user-centered design principles and agile processes to enhance customer experience. Aides in the identification and evaluation of emerging technologies—such as AI, automation, and blockchain—to address customer needs and capitalize on new market opportunities. Conceptualizes and prototypes new product ideas, leveraging data-driven insights, customer feedback, and industry research. Collaborates with internal teams—including other product groups, compliance, marketing, operations and sales—to ensure product viability and alignment with business objectives. Develops compelling business cases and secures stakeholder buy-in for innovative initiatives. Assists in developing and keeping current all product documentation. Monitors current and future regulatory trends and requirements. Serves as a customer advocate, demonstrating deep customer empathy to design innovative solutions that reduce cognitive load and empower users to achieve rapid success.
