Position Title: Customer Service Specialist

Wage: $20.00 - $22.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you will assist customers by providing technical product quotes, managing order status, and addressing concerns related to our products, including brushes, brush holders, and molded brushes. You will play a key role in entering, routing, and expediting customer orders while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Customer Service Specialist Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, providing quotes and technical support on products such as brushes and brush holders
- Address customer concerns, questions, and issues, ensuring timely processing and delivery of orders
- Serve as a product expert, helping customers select the right products for their needs
- Receive and measure customer samples, documenting dimensions and quoting based on stock and part numbers
- Enter orders from phone inquiries and process sample orders, coordinating with customer service staff as needed
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and application engineering teams to communicate customer needs and develop production solutions
- Generate and distribute customer quotes, perform product costing, and identify appropriate products over the phone
- Work closely with the Techsquad team and other departments to improve processes and ensure exceptional customer service
- Enter and maintain accurate customer records and documentation in our database
- Attend departmental and production meetings, and assist in the improvement of customer service processes in compliance with ISO procedures
- Perform other tasks as required to support company goals

Requirements for Customer Service Specialist:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and data entry within a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation
