• Shift Schedule: 3-4 Weeks pm PATIENT INFORMATION
• Patient Demographics: pediatric-geriatric patients. (Mostly adult-geriatrics as pediatric department is on site)
• Patient Volume: 12-16 FACILITY INFORMATION
• Trauma Level: 3
• EMR: Cerner
• Support Staff Available: 5 RNs, 3 MAs, 4 APPs, 6 Office Staff.
• Supervising APPs: Yes PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges: Yes
•   Credentialing: 60 days BENEFITS
• Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance: Covered REQUIRED PROCEDURES General Outpatient care Pre-op exams Hospital follow-ups JOB REQUIREMENTS BC/ BE BLS Wisconsin Licensures Experienced provider (no new grads) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Must be willing to function as a temporary PCP including covering practice partner, medication refills etc.
