Pay rate: $35/hr on W2
Duration: 3+ Months on W2 Potential to convert Full Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to operate, inspect, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems in assigned facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely while complying with all applicable regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical distribution equipment, and building infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure HVAC and plumbing systems function within design capabilities and achieve prescribed environmental conditions.
• Perform assigned repairs, emergency maintenance, and preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain and update maintenance and repair records accurately.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance when necessary.
• Review historical maintenance records to develop and execute proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HVAC experience.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including maintenance and repair practices.
• Ability to perform emergency and preventive maintenance efficiently.
