Preventative/Groundskeeper Technician at Marsden Services, L.LC.
Shift: 8am-4pm Monday - Friday
Location: Multiple locations around the Twin Cities Metro
Requirements:
- You must be 18 years old.
- For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
- Able to lift up to 70lbs.
- Must have Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Must have 1-2 years of relevant maintenance/grounds keeping experience.
Job Duties:
As you might expect, preventative maintenance is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:
- Removing trash
- Light carpentry
- Appliance installation and checks
- Snow removal
- Basic residential maintenance troubleshooting
