Senior Maintenance Technician

Our client is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various equipment maintenance and repair activities on a wide spectrum of machines. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently & as part of cross-functional teams, able to work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Rate: $30/hour to $35/hour (Will be dependent on experience level)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all assigned production equipment is maintained at peak operating effectiveness with minimum downtime
• Coordinate tooling and equipment repair with supplier(s), as needed
• Train other personnel on troubleshooting and minor machine repairs

• 5+ of maintenance experience
• Experience performing maintenance in an industrial environment
• Experience with pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical machinery
