As a Territory Business Manager on the Alternate Site team, you take pride in representing Baxter and our products. You enjoy being on location, building relationships, and establishing trust with the doctors and nurses who use Baxter solutions every day. As our primary connection to the healthcare professionals who rely on our products to save and sustain lives, you are the face and voice of our solutions. You enjoy seeing the connections between teams and how they work together to drive business results. The insights and feedback you share with your team and to cross-functional partners help validate and inform priorities and changes. You will lead sales activities including new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory, limited industry or product line within Alternate Site accounts. We're a friendly, collaborative group of people who push each other to do better every day. We find unique strategies to close deals and expand our skills by challenging ourselves and others. Whether out in the field with a partner or solving challenges with your territory team, you always have camaraderie and support to help accomplish your goals. Must live within the designated territory for this role. Achieving sales goals for Baxter’s product lines which includes Baxter’s Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, Pharmacy, and Fluid Therapy portfolios. Implementing sales strategies and driving business plans to achieve sales volume, product mix, and profit objectives. Calling on alternate site customers include (Home Infusion, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Consulting Pharmacy’s, Physician Offices, Oncology and Distributors), delivering effective sales presentations, providing technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and education. Working in close harmony with Virtual Sales, Infusion Systems, Pharmacy and Nutrition Specialist reps to achieve assigned goals and objectives. Protecting, servicing, and growing current base of business. Managing and maximizing Baxter GPO contracts. Serving as a resource for market information for management and marketing.
