Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatric - (RRT - Peds - Pedi)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 D/N Pay Rate: $1930.26 - $2115.07

Working in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), the RRT will play a crucial role in providing life-saving care to the most vulnerable patients. Responsibilities include managing ventilators, administering respiratory treatments, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care. The NICU is equipped with the latest technology in neonatal care, ensuring the highest standards of treatment.A typical day involves working closely with neonatal physicians and nurses to develop and implement care plans, managing emergency situations, and educating family members on the care and progress of their newborns. The patient-to-staff ratio is designed to provide intensive, personalized care.Minnesota offers a high quality of life with numerous recreational opportunities. From the bustling Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul to the natural beauty of parks and lakes, there is always something to explore. The state hosts diverse events such as the Minnesota State Fair and the Duluth Bayfront Blues Festival, providing a vibrant community atmosphere.
