Sign On Bonus

Sing-on Bonus: External applicants eligible for up to $20,000 with a two (2) year commitment to that role.

Sign-on Bonus Eligibility: Open to external applicants who have not been previously employed by CMC in the last rolling 9 months.

This is a full time (0.8 - 1.0 Status), day shift Registered Nurse position in the Endoscopy department.

The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to the department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in the endoscopy setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in gastroenterology and pulmonary endoscopy procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents.

Minimum Required: 

  • RN License required.
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider upon hire and ACLS within six (6) months of hire.
  • Must have one (1) year of acute care experience within last three (3) years.
  • Must complete moderate sedation course within six (6) months of hire.
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills required.

Preferred / Desired: 

  • BSN Preferred.
  • Recent endoscopy experience preferred.
  • Prefer CGRN Certification. 

Weekend / On-Call: Per department needs.
