The National & Vendor Business Partner Provider Relations Advocate (NPRA) oversees all aspects of provider relations and service interactions, collaborating closely with large provider groups. Their responsibilities include supporting Account Managers in directing and implementing strategies for developing and managing national accounts. The NPRA helps identify and resolve provider issues, working to address them effectively while conducting root cause analyses to prevent future occurrences. Additionally, they support the use of information technology, ensuring ease of use for the provider portal, communicating upcoming system enhancements, and promoting ongoing provider development after initial orientation and training. NPRA also plays a key role in designing and implementing programs that foster positive relationships between National and Vendor Business Partners and business operations through regular meetings and provider report cards.

In this rewarding role, you will:
- Act as an advocate for National and Business partner accounts.
- Utilize relevant data to identify and address a variety of provider-related issues.
- Provide explanations and interpretations of provider issues to help operational team members enhance their support for providers.
- Deliver analytics and performance comparisons for providers.
- Communicate issues and facilitates resolutions with both providers and operational teams.
- Investigate non-standard provider requests/issues and collaborates with support teams for resolution.
- Partner with Account Managers and the utilization team to assess strengths and weaknesses within the provider network and implement necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with provider relations and utilization teams to create effective networks based on provider needs.
- Assist providers in understanding and fulfilling their contractual obligations.
- Participate in regular virtual Joint Operating Committee meetings with partners and at least one annual in-person meeting to discuss progress, partnership and provide any additional support.
- Aid in communicating changes related to provider reports, workflows, and system updates.
- Travel up to 25% of the time

You must have:
- A bachelorās degree from an accredited college preferably in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience/combined education
- 4-8 years working directly with providers in a medical or pharmaceutical environment highly desired, direct healthcare experience preferred
- Permanent residency in one of the following states: NV, WY, WV, ND, CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT or IL.
- The ability to successfully pass National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
Salary Range: $77,591 - $86,191.95 + up to 7% bonus eligibility
