Jefferson Wells is partnering with our Non-Profit Client in the Detroit Area to fill a Director of Finance Position
The Director of Finance will manage monthly financial reporting, billing, prepare budget and manage budget compliance, cash flow management, and audit process.Â
Must be hands-on as well as able to report to the Board of Director’s Finance Committee.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Direct experience with Grant Accounting is highly preferred.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are required.
- Must have the ability to work with diverse populations.
- Must pass a criminal background check as a condition of employment.
