Join the Global Architecture and Development Experiences Ecosystem team within Intuit's PDX (Platform and Development Xceleration) organization and be at the forefront of innovation! Be a driving force in shaping the future of Intuit's product ecosystem! As a Principal Technical Program Manager on the Better together Integration architecture team within Intuit's PDX organization, you'll play a critical role in defining and executing the strategy for seamless integration of acquired products and services. You will lead the development of solutions, processes, and tools that accelerate integration, ensuring Intuit continues to deliver exceptional experiences to a growing customer base.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of Program Management experience, including 5+ years leading complex technology-focused programs with a focus on data integration and scalability.
  • Experience with platform organizations and M&A integrations is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to define and implement new processes across large organizations.
  • Excellent influencing skills and the ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and articulate a clear vision.
  • Communicate progress across organizational boundaries and levels from individual contributor to senior executive.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

How you will lead

  • Drive Product Integration Strategy: Drive the development and execution of technical solutions to accelerate the integration of acquired products and services into the Intuit ecosystem.
  • Drive Development and Maintenance of Integration Playbook: Create and evolve a comprehensive playbook and reference implementation to guide and streamline future M&A integrations, ensuring consistent and efficient processes.
  • Help Define and Measure Integration Readiness: Establish clear criteria for capabilities, tools, and processes that are "integration-ready." Develop and implement metrics to assess readiness and identify gaps.
  • Prioritize and Address Integration Gaps: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address gaps in existing capabilities, tools, and processes that hinder seamless product integration.
  • Ensure Solution Durability and Scalability: Validate the long-term viability of integration patterns and reference implementations, ensuring they can meet projected implementation timelines and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Partner closely with architects, product leaders, and other stakeholders to align on priorities, address roadblocks, and ensure successful execution of integration initiatives across capabilities and BU teams.
